Microsoft is struggling to persuade users to migrate from Windows 10 to Windows 11, as evident from a failed promotional video. The new Start menu and File Explorer features of Windows 11 do not live up to the hype, as they are not as efficient as the current Windows 10 system. Additionally, Windows Defender is the only feature highlighted in the video that offers real value, as it has been protecting PCs for years. Despite the push to transition to Windows 11, many users are hesitant to make the switch before support for Windows 10 ends in 2025.
