The price of AMD’s Radeon RX 7800 XT is dropping to $749 at some retailers, as the company adjusts prices following the launch of Nvidia’s updated RTX 4000-series Super GPUs. The original retail price was $800, making it effectively $150 off at the time of this writing. Some models are even lower, with an Asrock version of the 7900 XT available for as little as $709.99. The Radeon RX 7900 XTX is also getting discounted, with some variants going down to $979.99 at Newegg. AMD is calling this a “special promotional pricing program” for the first quarter of 2024, and the RX 7600 XT is set to go on sale for $330 on January 24th.
