Graphics card prices are constantly changing, making retail prices less important. However, AMD has officially dropped the price of the Radeon RX 7700 XT from $449.99 to $419.99. This mid-range GPU features an RDNA3 chip and 12GB of GDDR6 RAM, competing with Nvidia’s RTX 4070 with better pricing, memory, and memory bus. According to PCWorld’s Brad Chacos, the 7700 XT outperforms the 4070 for $150 less. Nvidia has released the RTX 4070 Super with similar specs but remains $180 more expensive. AMD offers better value overall.
